Police Officer The Town of Barre is accepting applications for a full-time patrol officer position that will open on November 25, 2006. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, the ability to pass the VCJTC physical fitness test, a valid driver's license, and Vermont part-time police officer certification. A college degree, full-time certification, and police work experience are preferred. Current labor contract provides for competitive wages and benefits. Day, night, weekend, and holiday work required.
