Regularly scheduled meetings and hearings: Second Wednesday of every month At The Municipal Office Building

The Planning Commission is made up of seven people. They come from different backgrounds and provide input from their various areas of expertise, all are volunteers. These individuals are appointed by the Selectboard and serve four-year terms. The Planning Commission meets every second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Selectboard meeting room in the Municipal Office Building in Lower Websterville.

The Planning Commission is responsible dealing with Land Use issues. These include the subdivision of land as well as land development. Additionally, the commission drafts and update planning documents such as the Town Municipal Plan, the Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning map and Subdivision regulations. They also review and make recommendations on a variety of other Town issues. All meetings and hearings held by the Planning Commission are open to the public
