	Creamtion	60.00

OVERTIME RATE:   $50.00/first hour plus $25.00 each additional hour.

TENT FEE:   $50.00

INSTALLATION OF MARKERS OR CORNERPOSTS:   $50.00

FOUNDATIONS:  $11.00 per cubic foot,(minimum charge of $100.00)
