Wilson Industrial Park
The Town of Barre owns approximately 55
acres of Wilson Industrial Park land that is available for industrial
and business development. The Town will subdivide to suit buisness

Barre Town has secured an Act 250 state
land use permit for the industrial park which streamlines the state
permitting process for new businesses. The Park offers municipal
water and sewer utilities as well as town maintained roads. Three-phase
electric, telephone, and telecommunication services are provided
underground. The Wilson Industrial Park is located in the Lower
Websterville area of Barre Town. The Town middle and elementary
school is nearby, as is the Town's large athletic and outdoor recreation
complex.
