The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA), is a quasi-judicial body and meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM usually downstairs in the Municipal Building. The ZBA is responsible for issuing Variances, Conditional Use Permits, hearing appeals (including decision of the Zoning Administrator), and decides intent of law and sets land use policy.
